The challenge
One Brand. Multiple Products. Endless Stories to Tell.
In a category where visual appeal influences consumer attention, Total Foods needed digital communication that could make its diverse product portfolio stand out while maintaining a recognisable brand identity.
From fresh chicken and eggs to ready-to-cook snacks, every product had a different story to tell. Fresh products required communication around convenience and everyday use, while ready-to-cook offerings called for appetite appeal and engaging product presentation.
Beyond product advertising, the brand also needed to stay relevant during festivals, cultural celebrations, and everyday occasions.
**The challenge was to build a cohesive creative language that could adapt to different products, campaigns, and consumer moments without losing the brand's distinctive personality.**
The insight
Food Isn't Just a Product. It's Part of Everyday Life.
People connect with food through experiences — a quick weekday dinner, a celebration with friends, a weekend meal, or a festive gathering.
We recognised that Total Foods could communicate more meaningfully by connecting its products with these familiar moments rather than relying exclusively on conventional product showcases.
This gave us an opportunity to develop different creative approaches for different occasions.
A promotional offer could be bold and energetic. A fresh chicken campaign could highlight cooking possibilities. A festival greeting could be thoughtful and culturally relevant without forcing a product into the communication.
**The central insight was simple: make the brand relevant to the moment, not just visible in the feed.**
The idea
Different Moments. Different Creatives. One Distinctive Brand.
Our creative approach brought together product storytelling, occasion-based communication, promotional advertising, and visually engaging content under one consistent brand identity.
**Product-First Communication**
We developed product-focused creatives that transformed everyday food products into visually compelling stories.
From showcasing the versatility of pre-cut chicken to presenting crispy snacks through playful typography and appetite-driven imagery, each creative was built around a distinct communication idea.
**Bold Promotional Storytelling**
For promotional campaigns, we explored energetic layouts, expressive typography, prominent product visuals, and clear calls to action.
The objective was to communicate offers quickly while retaining the brand's recognisable visual personality.
**Culture-Led Brand Communication**
Festivals and special occasions provided opportunities to build emotional connections beyond product advertising.
Our creatives for Onam, Bijoya, Teachers' Day, and other occasions balanced cultural relevance with a contemporary visual approach.
**Consistency Across Every Execution**
Despite differences in concepts, products, and occasions, the communication maintained a cohesive identity through Total Foods' signature blue and yellow palette, recognisable branding, and thoughtful visual hierarchy.
The result was a versatile collection of campaign creatives demonstrating how one brand can communicate across multiple consumer moments without becoming repetitive.
